OMG...loving it! Wishing you both the best life and marriage has to offer. My prayers go before you...can't wait to see you rock that aisle!!!!!!! Love ya!
Beautiful couple, beautiful website :) !!!
Christy Abby Tran. The ying to my yang. The grill to my cheese. My only Asian sister. The only one that I can be completely corny with and it'll be just norm. From 5th grade to no grade, you've always been there for me. Times when I called you mom in middle school to slangs we used in high school that I can't remember. Oh let's not forget family trips like disney world. How many times have we been planning this wedd lol. Can you believe that the time is actually here!!! There's no question that I won't want you apart of this whole extravengansa. I am beyond over joyed to have you as my Maid of Honor. Me love you long time.
Man Reggie, I don't even know where to begin. We go way back to red light green light, all the way to peter pat. Who would of thought the day we went over to their house for some food would of turned out like this later on down the road.
The stories and memories we have from basketball and traveling the world to just acting reckless. One thing for sure is that your my brother and blood couldn't make us any closer. With that being said it wouldn't be right if you weren't my Best man. Man!!!!!!!
Kelseyyyyy, Can you believe the time is finally here girrrlllll!! I still remember the first day when I spoke with you on the phone. The feeling of wondering "why is she so nice?" Until the moment I finally met you. Strangely looking back now, I can't imagine how I didn't meet you earlier in life. However, I am beyond grateful for running into you. I bet we would've never imagine me saying thank God for Marble Hall lol. In the short amount of time that has now become 4 years, I've grown closer to you than I have ever done with anyother girl. You're more than a bestfriend to me and I will forever hold that dearly to my heart. From kid napping you to go out because I didn't want to go alone, to staying on the phone with you for 5/6 hours lol. Aside from Darnell and my family, you were another best thing that ever happened to me. Now, how can I marry the love of my life without my twinny twin twin? I am too pleased to have you on my right side! I love you until the end GIRL!
Now, where do I begin with my soon to be sissy, even though we've been past that stage. I remember asking, "but why is her name Gee" lol. When I first met you, never did I ever imagine myself becoming permanently apart of your family. Time has truly gone by fast. From the days of us having our talks to traveling to Cali for your graduation. OH YEAH what about that day when you wanted us to hear your dad's voicemail box recording lol. No worries I won't put you on blast here. Honestly, I couldn't be happier having you as my sister. My big day would be incomplete without you. Therefore, I'm so happy that you will be apart of my right side line.
Rennie! There’s not enough time in the world to share the amount of memories we’ve shared together, especially when we were younger. I remember the days when people would ask if we were twins’ lol. I never understood why or how we looked like twins. Do you remember that time when we were all afraid of J.R. when we were left alone with him at the house in Gaithersburg? How about the time when we were all in the basement and the stereo came on by itself and scared the life out of us lol. Growing up with you has definitely shown how strong our bond is. You are an amazing person and I am glad God placed you in my life. I also remember the days when we would pull all-nighters coming up with dance routines and talk about our future life. It’s amazing how those futuristic talks at the time are becoming a reality. I certainly wouldn’t want this wedding going down without my twin sister. I love you more than ever.
So let me start by saying that when I first met you, you were 5-years-old turning 6. You are now a grown young lady finishing college. From your younger days you've always been a very strong, protective and smart minded girl that I adored. Though I haven't always been around, it's been amazing seeing you grow into this strong passionate young lady. No matter what happens on this earth Krystal, I will always love and care for you even when you don't expect it. Funny how the youngest one became the tallest. I just want to thank you for randomly calling or texting me from time to time and being apart of my big day. Love you always.
Jalynn is the sweetest girl but don't be fooled lol. She surely has some sass underneath. This beautiful young lady happens to be Christine's niece. Daughter of Christine's oldest sister Risa. Thank you so much for being apart of our big day Jalynn te quiero muchisimo!
My flower girls comes in a group of four princesses with the leader being Nyla. Nyla is my cousin (daughter of my mom's sister Deletha). Nyla will make the best flower girl with her natural beauty and pagent talents! Love you Ny!
Maelle is the next princess in line who landed this position without a doubt. Maelle is my cousin (daughter of my mom's sister Vivlyn). Maelle will make a flawless flower girl! Muah Bree!
The third princess in line is my Syd Syd. Sydney is my cousin (daughter of my mom's youngest sister Stephanie). Just look at that face, Sydney will surely make the perfect flower girl BOSS style. Love you to the moon Syd Syd!
The last but surely not least, Camille. Camille is my cousin (daughter of my mom's sister Vivlyn). Camille will certainly make an ADORABLE flower girl and I can't wait to see that face of doll leading me down the aisle. Bisou Camille!
Junior is Fredris' first nephew who's growing up so fast! Junior is Fredris' cousin Presad's son. Thanks for playing such an important role in our wedding Junior. We love you.
Joshua Ethan Stubblefield (J.E/J) is my one and only brother that I love until death do us part. I will forever be grateful for having him in my life no matter how far apart we are in age. He is the smartest, crictical thinking, analitical kid and a natural comedian you'll ever meet. You mean more than words can describe J. I couldn't have this wedding without my partner in crime. The best groomsman in MY OPINION :)! Love you brother to infinity and beyond.
Whats poppin at Wendy's? Only a select few will know what that means, but how do I put this into words. Donny, since we were born I never saw you or took as my cousin. You were always and forever been looked upon as my brother cause that what you are. I looked up to you for everything and anything. What a lot of people don't know is that you were the reason I picked up the ball in first place. I had to defeat you no matter what it was, which was mainly basketball or videogames. Those memories I will forever cherish and engrave into my mind. People may know you Donrick as my cousin, but you will always be known to me as Donny my older brother.
Aaron Aaron Aaron, our one and only favorite jew Aaron. You are the one person I know who would give there bottom dollar to help anyone even if you don't money to begin with. That's what makes you that person. Even though we met through basketball, that didn't change bond that we created after basketball was over. You welcomed me into your home and family with open arms. With that I can honestly say, I am lucky to have someone like you in my life.
You cheesing me yo. It took me months to understand what some of the things your were saying, but that didn't hinder what we were building. Who would of thought I would have a brother in Canada out of all places. Well I for sure do now and it's all thanks to our crazy friend who is now watching over us (Troy King). He started something between the three of us which we later on continued. The stories we have from justing being the same house whether it was mine or his to the Howard University days just made our relationship that much stronger. I mean come on, you were the one that converted me to reagge style. The miles from Canada to Maryland will never change what we have, which is brotherhood.
My Morgan State University roommate. I have no idea how we hit it off, okay maybe I do. Those days we put aside homework just to battle it out on sticks wasn't just competition. It was seeing who had the right to talk trash, but also the foundation of our brotherhood. The nights that we had dying in our rooms due to other roommates acting reckless was pricless. Even after graduting from college together, that didn't change our bond and nothing will. The trips that we took over the summer was just another way we solidify even though you Electrial Engineer and I am a Civil Engineer. By the way civil is better .
More information will be provided once the venue is confirmed.
Who needs role models when you have parents like these? My personal version of Bonnie & Clyde. God certainly took his time creating me as well as my family. I am highly grateful and thankful for having supportive and loving parents as them. For instance, my dad has always needed to step in and get the job done, especially when it came to my driving. I was 15-years-old when I first started learning how to drive. I remember I nearly ran us into a tree during my first in car session with my mom. She immediately asked me to put the car in park and get out of the car. Without any hesitation, my dad got in the car and told me to drive. When the day came for me to get my drivers’ license, my mom had taken me to the MVA. We must have looked like twins or something because the staff told my mom to show proof of her being my mom. At first we both looked at each other and laughed, thinking the staff was trying to pull our leg. Soon we realized how serious the staff was when she looked back at us and said “NEXT!” Again, my dad hoped in the car and took me back MVA. This leads me to say that my dad has been my shield (God first), and I am endlessly appreciative for having him as my father. Now, despite the several moments of me needing my dad, my mom has always been my rock. I would not be who I am today without her. She’s taught me so much and continues to. My mother’s love and protection is not comparable. I am most thankful for the both of them raising me in a God fearing home. If I were to die and come back again, I would simply pray that they are both my parents all over again. I love the both of them so much.
Look at these two wonderful people trying to act like they're models. Well sadly, these two my are lovable parents and I wouldn't change them for the world. These two are my alpha and omega and they mean the world to me. They turned me into the man that you see today, which is intellegent, crazy, having a sense of humor, fine looking, and did I forget to mention FINE LOOKING.
On a serious note though, without them I wouldn't know what or where I would be. My father, with all his silent wisdom, matured and developed me into strong man. One that soon became willing to adapt any and everything. I remember back when I was about 10 years old. He took me on my first rollercoaster without me knowing what rollercoaster was. All see said, " Don't worry and get on." I hated the ride at the time, but as I got older I became a rollercoaster enthusiast. This is just of many memories that we have.
Now my mother, man oh man, my mother. She is the life of the party in every situation possible. I know it, my father knows it, my sister knows, so does everyone else. If you want someone to break the ice she's the go to person. But don't get it twisted, underneath all that humor is a smart, creative, charming individual who will also put you in a place in a heartbeat with just a look. One memory I remember vividly would be my 7th grade spanish project. We had to create a locker that would describe who we are as a person. Welp me as usual back then would procrastinate till the very last minute. However, my mother somehow was able to pull it off with all her creativity wihtin one night.
At the end of the day, these two stories that I am sharing with you are just one of many ways how they expressed their love towards me. I have a long journey ahead and a long way to go in order for me to repay them back, for what they have done for me. This is my first step on that path to repaying them by expressing my love for them, and saying thank you for putting up with my stubborn self. Hey better late than never right!!
It was Labor Day weekend, so I was not expecting anything special to occur besides going to barbeques and having a relaxed day. Darnell and I have always talked about marriage being our goal as a couple. However, I was completely caught off guard when he popped the question!
That Saturday, Darnell told me that he had plans for us to go out the next day. I agreed and told him that I was about to get my feet done. However, before ending the call, he suggested that I get my nails done too. Without hesitation, I said okay. When Sunday came, I got dressed in my boyfriend jeans and a comfy V-neck shirt. Darnell saw me and asked if I could change into something dressier. Again, I didn’t think much of it and did just that. I got in the car and asked if we could make a stop at the Mall so I could do some returns. Darnell responded saying that he had the day planned out at the National Harbor and stopping at the mall would interfere. Again, I agreed and went with the flow. When we got the National Harbor, they were playing Cinderella on the big screen. So I asked if we could sit and watch. Apparently, I was being difficult because Darnell said that he had something different in mind to do and ask if I could 'just go with the flow for once.' He asked if I would get on the Farris wheel with him. Then he said that I could always watch the Cinderella movie on youtube. He went on to say how he wanted to spend quality time with me so I started to feel guilty and went on the line with him. When we got in the cart, he started to talk about our relationship and how far we’ve come along. He waited until the cart was at the top in the air and asked, “what is that?” I turned looking for what he was asking about. When I turn back around, he was on his knee with the ring in his hand. I was completely speechless and burst into tears of joy. Then it dawn on me how my entire day had gone about. I couldn’t believe my love was asking for me to be his forever.
It was one of those Fridays during my high school days when I would normally spend the weekend with my sisters and cousins. My sister Jasmine told me that her boyfriend at the time (who is now her ex) was coming over the next day and bringing his friend with him. Jasmine asked if I would simply keep his friend’s company. At first, I was skeptical and hesitant. I explained to Jasmine that if his friend was ugly, I would not be staying. I even told her to not give him my number if he asks. Everything quickly changed when Darnell walked in. I couldn’t stop starring; he was so fineee. Then I thought to myself, well he looks older than me and may not even be interested in me. Darnell was extremely polite and did not show any signs of being interested in me. Rumors started to go around that Darnell thought I was cute. We watched TV the entire time and he did not say anything. When we started to play music, he then asked which college was I looking into. He also asked about my taste in music and other general questions. During this time I kept saying to myself ‘JUST ASK FOR MY NUMBER ALREADY,’ but he never did. The time came for me to go home and I told him bye. Darnell first emotion showed screaming WHAT? Darnell asked if I didn't lived there and I said no. Darnell immediately told Domo that he was ready to go home too. We all laughed and I whispered in Jasmine's ear that if Darnell asks for my number she should give it to him. I left and went home that night feeling very anxious yet confused. Around 1:00 am I got a text from a random number saying, "hi this is Darnell." From that moment on, we never stopped talking.
The magic iginated when my bestman (Domo) and I were on our way back from a trip up north. We arrived back in town a couple of days earlier than expected and we didn't want to return home yet. That was when he told me about another location that we could go to, besides we were both hungry from the drive. The location was Jasmine house. Before we reached the front door, Domo started to describe and tell me about her older sister (Fredris). He kept telling me how to say her name properly, but I couldn't say it at all till about the twenth time. Once we reached the front door I forgot her name. Shame on me right? Welp, no turning back now. Jasmine let us in the house and introduced us to everyone and started heading downstairs where everyone else were. That was when I laid my eyes on Fredris. We didn't say much to each other at first, but when she sat next me I started a conversation with her. As it got later through the night, I was informed by Fredris that she had to go which didn't make sense. I thought she lived there, but I was mistaken and she walked out of my life; so she thought. I was mad because I really enjoyed our conversation, but I couldn't tell if she did. So I did what any man would do and asked her sister for her number. From there on, I knew something was special about this young lady who would so change my world upside and become my wife.

Coming from such a big family, I am fortunate to be the oldest out of my siblings. My little brother J.E. (J) is the smartest kid you'll ever meet. My sisters Jasmine and Krystal are both very creative. During my free time, I enjoy going shopping, listening to music, and completing crafty projects. Forever a proud terrapin considering I graduated from the University of Maryland College Park, School of Public Health. In the near future, I plan on proceeding with my masters in Public Health.
